  • NO GUARANTEE OF COMPLIANCE: Automated tools cannot detect 100% of accessibility issues. Use of our service does NOT guarantee that your website is fully compliant or immune to legal action.
  • USER ASSUMES ALL RISK: You, the user, are SOLELY responsible for the accessibility of your website. We are NOT liable for any ADA demand letters, lawsuits, or fines you may receive.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ADA Shield ("Service"), operated by BeClever OU ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Service.

2. Service Description

ADA Shield provides automated accessibility scanning, monitoring, and remediation guidance. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for implementing any suggested fixes. The final verification of compliance rests solely with the user. You must ensure you have the legal right to scan and monitor the domains you add to the Service.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All payments are processed via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, no partial refunds are provided for the remaining period of a billing cycle.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BeClever OU from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or any legal action brought against your business regarding website accessibility.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia. Any legal action or proceeding related to the Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Estonia.
